How to create ticket

How to create a support ticket using our client portal :

 

STEP 1:

If you are an existing user login with your user name and password using the button 'Customer Login' in our home page www.serversandcolo.com to enter your client area .

 

In case you forgot your password click on the link below to reset it :-

 

https://serversandcolo.com/billing/index.php?rp=/password/reset/begin

 

If you are a new user and would like to use our service click on the 'Register'' option under Çustomer Login' button in our homepage www.serversandcolo.com. Create your username and password to login to your client area.

 

STEP 2:

 

Once logged in click on the the option +Open new ticket under the box ''Recent Support Tickets.

 

STEP 3 :

In this page select the department you would like to open the ticket for , like sales, support, billing or abuse .

Write to us about the issues and click submit .

 

Our support team will revert back with a response.
